- Waiting is free for up to 1 h 30. For airport and station pickups, it starts when your flight or train actually arrives. After 1 h 30, €50 extra.
- Special Occasion Package (balloons, gift boxes and a personalised welcome in your V-Class): optional, +€50 per booking.
- Extra hours (a longer day trip or more time at a stop): €90 per hour, per van.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. One Mercedes V-Class takes up to 7 passengers with their luggage, for one fixed price. From 8 passengers, several vans travel together and the price is per van.
Where can you pick us up?
At CDG, Orly or Beauvais airport, at Gare du Nord when your Eurostar arrives, at any Paris station, at your Paris address, or at your Disneyland Paris hotel for the way back. Same price in both directions.
Will the driver meet us at arrivals?
Yes. At the airport or the station, your driver waits for you at arrivals with a name sign.
Is it a private transfer?
Yes. The vehicle and your driver are only for your group: no shared shuttle and no other passengers.
What if my flight or train is late?
We follow your flight or train on the day. Your free waiting time starts when it actually arrives, so a delay does not use it up. Waiting is free for up to 1 h 30; after that, €50 extra.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Tell us how many you need and your children’s ages when you book.
Can you prepare a birthday or a special surprise?
Yes. Add the Special Occasion Package to your transfer for €50: gift boxes, balloons, special gifts and a personalised welcome, prepared in your V-Class. Tell us the occasion and the name in the notes when you book. Personalised packages are available on request.
Can we add extra hours?
Yes. Extra hours cost €90 per hour, per van, on any transfer or package. Ask us before or during your trip and we add them to your booking.
How much luggage can we bring?
Your group and its luggage travel together in the van. Tell us how many suitcases you have, and about very large items such as prams or wheelchairs, when you book.
Is there Wi-Fi on board?
Yes. Wi-Fi and bottled water are included on board.
How do I pay?
Online, on the secure payment page of Premium Paris Transfer: pay in full, or a 20% deposit and the rest on the day. You enter your card details on the payment page, never on this website.
Can I book a ride for today or tomorrow?
Online booking closes 48 hours before each ride, so we can plan your journey with care. For a ride at shorter notice, message us on WhatsApp: if a driver is free, we will take you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your ride. Details are in our booking terms.
Do you drop off at the parks?
Yes: at the Disneyland Paris entrance, for Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World (home of World of Frozen since spring 2026), or at your Disney hotel.
Are you an official Disney service?
No. StarClass Paris is an independent private transfer company, not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company or Disneyland Paris.
